Responsibilities:
Assist Project manager to achieve project goals.Responsible for safety, quality & progress management, site coordination & problem solving at site.Involve in tendering and planning process, project technical drawings submission, prepare relevant documents & reports.Coordinate with internal operation teams, suppliers & subcontractors.PrepareTesting& Commissioning andOperational &Maintenancereport.Study & analyze the maintenance record of computerized system for maintenance planning.Assist in training, document control, inventory, preventive maintenance planning.Identify and implement and review energy initiatives.Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
Fresh graduates or less experience would also be considered.
