Position Summary The AMHS (Automated Material Handling System) Associate Engineer is responsible for performing periodic maintenance activities, recovery and troubleshooting of daily machine issues. He/she will assist Engineers on machine improvements and spare parts management, updating/revising of work related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Responsibilities
Carry out equipment periodic maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance procedure and safety requirement.
Assist Engineer on machine improvement and parts testing.
Maintaining/updating SOP, work procedure and training material or report writing.
Carry out firsthand repair and troubleshoot on machine breakdown to maximized equipment uptime.
Assist in spare parts inventory.
Actively involve in TPM, perform routine equipment patrol check or inspection on automation system.
Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary.
