Associate Electrical Design Engineer – Birmingham

As an Associate Electrical Engineer you will join our soon‑to‑be‑launched Birmingham office, working closely with our established Dublin team to support the continued growth of our UK presence. This key management role focuses on delivering major hyperscale data‑centre projects across the EMEA region. The role will initially be remote and will transition to a hybrid model once the Birmingham hub is operational, with flexible office attendance required.

About you

• Honours degree (Chartered an advantage but not essential)
• 10 years recognised expert within the sector (electrical engineering and data centres or industrial/high‑tech and commercial)
• 3 years experience in people management, managing multidisciplinary teams (consultants and engineers)
• 3 years project management experience, overseeing both electrical and mechanical engineering projects
