Experience : 13+ yearsStrong experience in Business Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting with significant experience in the Real Estate domain.Strong domain expertise across Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Property Management, Asset Management, Leasing, Facility Management, Capital Projects, and Portfolio Management.Experience working with Real Estate owners, operators, developers, REITs, facility management companies, or property technology organizations.Strong understanding of PropTech ecosystems, Smart Building technologies, IoT platforms, Digital Twins, BIM, AI/Generative AI, analytics, and enterprise technology solutions.Experience with Real Estate platforms such as Yardi, MRI, SAP RE-FX, Archibus, Planon, IBM TRIRIGA, CAFM, CMMS, IWMS, or similar enterprise applications.Proven ability to connect business outcomes with technology solutions ...
