Overview We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Associate Director, Investment, to join our growing APAC team in Singapore. This client-facing role requires an equal focus on deal origination and execution, working closely with our Investment/Delivery and Global Sales teams.
Responsibilities Deal Execution (50%) - Lead end-to-end transaction processes on mid-to-large cap mandates, coordinating with internal teams, clients, legal counsel, and lenders.
- Provide strategic advice and design optimal transaction structures.
- Conduct financial analysis including financial statement review, debt structuring, and sizing across complex, multi-layered capital structures
