Summary The Associate Director, Investment (Program/Budget) is responsible for the review of the military and the Defense Agency budgets, budget execution and apportionment requests related to research, development, testing, and procurement programs for all items of hardware and equipment, including for land warfare, ships, aircraft, missiles, related electronic equipment, major electronic systems, major space programs, sundry support equipment, and major strategic systems. Responsibilities The Associate Director, Investment (Program/Budget) is responsible for all budgetary aspects of the research, development, testing, evaluation, procurement, and production activities related to the assigned programs.
