Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of interior designers and architects fostering creativity and professional growth
- Develop and implement design strategies aligned with client objectives and project requirements
- Oversee multiple largescale interior design projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients incorporating feedback and revisions as needed
