Job Summary

Associate Director, Global CIB Events will partner closely with the Head of Global CIB Events to deliver and execute the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) global events strategy. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact, client‑centric event programmes that strengthen brand positioning, enhance client engagement, and support business growth across key corporate and financial institutional segments.

The role requires strong collaboration with global business stakeholders, including Client Coverage, Transaction Banking, and Global Banking & Markets, as well as Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing teams. The successful candidate will act as a custodian of the client event experience, ensuring consistency, quality and measurable impact across all initiatives.
