Job Summary:

• Proactive Tactical Service Support
  • Quoting (Price, MPQ, MOQ, Lead Time, stock availability, no bids)
  • Order Entry & maintenance (Reschedule & cancellation)
  • Delivery improvement, shipment follow up and shipment tracking.
  • Daily interface with customers (Phone, fax, email, Customer WEB)
  • Part # cross references maintenance
  • Manage customer requirement to meet Global OTD target.
  • Device activity requests (status change)
  • RMR processing
  • Maintain customer profiles.
• Proactive Customer Relationship Management
  • First point of contact for sales & customers
  • Primary supply chain interface to sales & customers
  • Customer business issues
  • Customer visits, meetings, conference calls ...
