A Day in Your Life at MKS:As a Junior CNC Machinist (Apprentice) at MKS Instruments, you will partner with Engineering and Manufacturing Teams to fabricate precision machined parts and support production operations. In this role, you will report to the Machine Shop Supervisor.You Will Make an Impact By:
+ Operating CNC equipment to fabricate precision components
+ Loading parts, running machine cycles, and monitoring operations to detect malfunctions such as worn or damaged tools
+ Running production lots efficiently while maintaining quality standards
+ Identifying and reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to management
+ Performing inspection of machined products and accurately documenting results
+ Maintaining production records, inspection documentation, and required paperwork


Skills You Bring:
+ 1+ year of related experience required
+ Basic machine shop experience
+ Ability to add and subtract decimals accurately
