Job Description As part of the Cabin Crew Rostering department in the Flight Operations Division, you will support the planning and management of cabin crew schedules. This is a desk-based operations role where you will work closely with experienced rosterers to ensure that every flight has the right crew, in line with safety, service, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Help plan and publish cabin crew rosters on a timely basis, following regulatory requirements, service standards, work rules and targets built into the rostering system. Assist in pre‑assigning crew duties, flights and training where required. Check for accuracy and perform basic validation to ensure all relevant rules are met before rosters are published.
