What you'll be doing on the job
Daily review and assessment of purchase order reports to help ensure customer deliverables are met and our financial forecasts are accurate (including placed orders and backlog orders)Initiate drop-ship process when notified that product has shipped to customerInteracts directly with the customer regarding damaged, missing or over-shipments of product.Responsible for creating RMA's (Return Material Authorizations) in Oracle for customers and vendors.Proactively communicate with customers and vendors to obtain return information within defined SLA's.Working knowledge of credit/return processDevel...
