We are looking for candidates with 2 to 7 years of experience, specifically in medical malpractice, to provide an excellent opportunity to handle complex cases in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
• Develop litigation strategies in close collaboration with senior attorneys and partners.
