Musick Peeler is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join the firm's Litigation Department in our Orange County office (with an emphasis on General Litigation). Experience with Labor & Employment would be a plus. Candidate must have 4 -6 years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license. There is some flexibility regarding a hybrid schedule.

The candidate must be a driven team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess a strong academic background, and exceptional research skills. The candidate must be detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic. The candidate must have the ability to work with minimal direction, propound and respond to discovery, law and motion, and take and defend depositions.
