Store Visits & VM Execution

• Conducting regular visits to all assigned stores to implement, monitor, and maintain VM guidelines for watches and jewelry
• Ensuring all displays reflect the brand’s visual identity, seasonal directives, and commercial priorities

VM Standards & Compliance

• Evaluating store presentations and ensure compliance with VM standards
• Identifying gaps, providing corrective guidance, and following up on action points with store teams
