Assistant Training Manager F & B

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Training Strategy & Planning

    Develop a comprehensive annual training plan aligned with business goals and operational needs. Conduct training needs analyses across all Food & Beverage departments to identify skill gaps and performance challenges. Create structured learning pathways for new hires, supervisors, and high potential employees.

  2. Training Program Development

    Design and update training modules covering service standards, product knowledge, hygiene and safety, upselling, guest engagement, and leadership skills. Develop onboarding programs for new F&B employees to ensure smooth integration and consistent service delivery. Create training materials such as manuals, SOPs, e learning content, videos, and assessments.

  3. Training Delivery
