Responsibilities . In-charge of Quantities tabulations for Mechanical (ACMV), Electrical, Fire and Plumbing & Sanitary Services . Provide and review value engineering to ensure the tenders submitted are evaluated to best practice . Ensure annual sales revenue of awarded projects are met . Ensure tender documents and cost estimation comply to technical requirement and due date . Liaise with clients to ensure technical proposal is complied . Review drawings and specifications . Source for vendors / suppliers and contractors . Assist to prepare for quotation and required tender documents . Certify and Verify quantities for projects account. . Comply to ISO / OSHA standards . Any other duties as assigned and not limited to above responsibilities
