About the Role

ROCS is partnering with a well-established, award-winning winery in Northern Virginia to hire an Assistant Tasting Room Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hospitality, restaurant, retail, event, or customer service management experience who enjoys leading teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and working in a beautiful outdoor environment. This role is designed to develop into a Tasting Room Manager position over time, making it ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership role while learning all aspects of winery operations. 

Responsibilities 

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the tasting room

Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining a high standard of hospitality

Supervise and support tasting room staff during daily operations

Help coach, train, and motivate employees

Assist with employee scheduling and staffing coordination
