Position Summary: The Assistant Team Coach will help to oversee all practices, swim meets and related activities and provide swim team members with individual instruction tailored to the needs and skill ability of each individual as directed by the Head Coach.

+ USA Swimming Coach Certification - Level 1 (Level 2 required by 1 year anniversary of hire date) o *Johnston Blaze Swim Club will cover the cost of required USA Swimming certifications and background check but will not pay coaches for time spent earning or maintaining these certifications
