Key Responsibilities

• Assist with tenders, budgets, cost plans & cashflow forecasting
• Attend site visits & meetings , maintaining accurate records
• Support contract administration , including variations, valuations & final accounts
• Contribute to cost management & monthly CVR reporting
• Assist with procurement & subcontractor engagement
• Ensure compliance with building safety, CDM, and police‑specific regulations
• Help track materials, changes, and commercial performance
