JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Store Manager – Merchandising supports the Store Manager in leading merchandising, store conditioning, and team functions within an At Home store. This role plays a key part in driving store performance in a large-format retail environment with annual sales typically ranging from $6–$10 million by executing merchandising strategies that maximize sales, ensure in-stock conditions, and deliver an exceptional experience for both Team Members and customers.
