Position Overview
Major/Essential Functions
Assist in providing comprehensive nutrition services to Women's Soccer and Softball.Oversee fueling station operations, including but not limited to managing fueling station inventory, purchasing, systems, and product display/distribution. Develop educational handouts, multi-media content, and group education to promote health, wellness, and performance nutrition habits. Plan and execute enrichment activities such as featured products at fueling stations, cooking demos, and grocery store tours. Manage fueling station student assistants, including hiring and onboarding, scheduling, supervising, and mentoring. Assist in serving as a preceptor for Texas Tech University Dietetic Internship.
