Assistant Spa Manager serving Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Spa & Wellness operation. Maintains a high standard of services in the department, cleanliness and motivation within the team. Ensures all standards are followed by the team according to brand requirements.

Specifically, as the Assistant Spa Manager for Waldorf Astoria Maldives you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

+ Assist the Director of Spa & Wellness to provide leadership, support, direction and supervision of team in the daily operations of the Spa & Wellness.
+ Assist with team member recruitment, department induction and training
+ Guide and train Wellness Concierge on maximizing retail productivity and achieve monthly P&L target
