Responsibilities

  • Properly checking stock and informing the purchasing team to order the shortage of materials
  • Planning the Material Delivery to the site and to customers.
  • Arrange the material delivery as per the Sales Team Delivery report.
  • Coordinate with the Store in charge of material delivery.
  • Involving in Import and Export.
  • Coordinate with the Customs Clearance department for the upcoming materials.
  • Communicating with customers regarding the material delivery.
  • Preparing Tax invoices and delivery Orders in the system.
  • Preparing the Monthly and yearly reports.
  • Maintaining the proper stock in the system and physical.
