*TERM POSITION*

The Assistant Service Manager will report directly to the Service Manager. They’ll be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and overseeing the Service Team. This position supports daily operations, including sales, follow-ups, and customer retention. Additionally, the Assistant Service Manager is accountable for meeting productivity and continuous improvement goals for Technicians.
