Little Mountain is a wood-fired kitchen rooted in Montecito's coastal culture, recognized by the California Michelin Guide within our first six months of opening. We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our dining room team in a back server and food runner capacity — someone who takes pride in the details and genuinely loves being part of a great meal.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver our dishes with confidence, bringing real knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and where they come from
• Reset tables with care and an eye for detail, keeping the dining room feeling fresh throughout the night
• Anticipate what the team needs — glassware, flatware, stations stocked — before anyone has to ask
