Job Description The Assistant Senior Social Worker is one who consistently demonstrates competencies in all Social Worker's Fundamental Work areas such as case work and counselling, engagement with stakeholders, implementation of programmes and outreach to the community. He/She will lead or co-lead a team in implementing programmes as well as supervise junior staff according to the SASW and FSC's supervision guidelines. He/She should also amplify and align with the values and culture of the agency and the profession as well as be a good role model to his/her peers and staff in the FSC.
