Looking for Assistant Sales Manager for our Real Estate client in Dubai.

Requirements

• 2 years of UAE experience in real estate required as team leader/experience in managing a team.
• Should be fluent in Hindi.
• Should have UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Sales & Marketing Manager / GM in day-to-day operations and tasks.
• Manage Coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
• Help to implement processes procedures and tools to maximise the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions
• Conduct Market Reseach to develop an understanding of the competition opportunities and customers. Give advice to the real estate development team based on these findings.
