Position Overview

Conduct revenue performance diagnostics to pinpoint optimization opportunities.

Design data-driven profitability solutions leveraging BI tools and RMS methodologies to maximize RevPAR and GOP across all revenue streams, improve cost-control efficiency.

Audit the hotel's adoption of Hyatt systems、tools and procedures (e.g., business intelligence, revenue management, inventory management, dynamic pricing) to ensure operational excellence and market leadership.

4.留意竞争对手所有收入部门的定价,了解本地市场的动态和需要的产生,并推荐有关酒店定价和市场组合策略的行动给市场销售团队;

Perform competitive benchmarking through rate shopping and market demand analysis to formulate pricing/mix strategies to Sales and Marketing.
