Key Accountabilities of the role

Portfolio Growth and Financial Targets:

• Assist in achieving assigned financial and non-financial objectives.
• Support the management and growth of portfolios focusing on increasing liabilities FX fees and trade transactions while meeting overall financial targets.
• Aid in ensuring portfolio growth compared to the previous year.
• Assist in identifying and seizing cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
• Help implement strategies to maximize portfolio growth while minimizing risk supporting regular SWOT analyses.
• Support efforts in cross-selling to increase product share per customer aiding in maximizing revenue from the existing portfolio.
