Support the servicing of clients in the German market, contributing to an excellent client experience in a demanding international private banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in holistic servicing of German market clients.
• Handle client enquiries and process instructions related to payments, foreign exchange, securities and account matters in close coordination with Relationship Managers.
• Prepare, review and coordinate client documentation for account openings, master data changes, credit administration and outstanding documentation.
• Maintain client data in internal systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards, data protection requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Organise client meetings and travel arrangements, including preparation, follow‑up, briefings, presentations and supporting documents.
