Position Overview
Job Description: Review and finalize main contract documents. Invite, tabulate, and negotiate quotations, and prepare sub-contract agreements. Prepare and monitor monthly progress claims to clients or main contractors and recommend interim payments for subcontractors. Manage claims, variation orders, budgets, cost estimation, and cost monitoring. Conduct site assessments and measure work progress. Finalize accounts promptly upon project completion. Oversee contract administration, correspondences, and documentation tasks. Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as required or on an ad-hoc basis. Requirements: Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in construction. Proficient in MS Office. Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
