Assistant Project Manager - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is hiring for Traveling Electrical Assistant Project Managers to work on large-scale commercial, industrial, and solar electrical projects throughout the Midwest!

This position is direct-hire, and offering an hourly rate between $45 - $60/hr, plus benefits! Per Diem is offered for those who qualify!

Duties:

-Provide support to Project Manager in managing projects, assisting with scheduling job take-off meetings, writing purchase orders and proposals, sending quotes for bidding, organizing bid dates, obtaining bid bonds, entering jobs into accounting system, prepping invoices to be sent for billing, process contracts/claims/change orders, close jobs upon completion, request vendor quotes, process COI requests as needed, pull permits for worksites as well as request inspections, track HV testing, review aging reports, complete collection...
