Position Overview

Assistant Parts Manager – Acura of Langley

Responsibilities

  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems.
  • Experience using CDK.
  • Generate gross profit in the parts department through the sales of parts and accessories.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support and coaching for parts staff.
  • Assist in managing departmental expenses so a net profit is earned monthly.
  • Maintain a consumer relations policy regarding wholesale customer follow‑up, material return, complaint handling, etc.
  • Maintain programs designed to train, develop and motivate department employees.
