Job Description The Assistant Operations Manager supports the Distribution & Customer Service Manager, SEA in overseeing logistics operations and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. This role ensures timely and compliant inbound shipments, accurate inventory control, and effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). The incumbent will drive operational excellence, resolve logistics issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, delivery, and inventory management. Responsibilities Logistics Operations Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with global planning and shipping teams for timely inbound shipments. Resolve shipping-related issues with freight forwarders. Ensure accuracy of Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) and shipping documentation. Liaise with customs brokers to ensure compliance with local customs regulations. Coordinate with 3PLs for timely receipt of shipments and resolve operational/system issues.
