Job Description Schedule Management: Create and assign Preventive Maintenance tickets to the appropriate tower engineer pool, ensuring workload is distributed evenly. Track all on going preventive maintenance activities and provide update to Service Managers. Escalate to Tower Lead when facing challenges with assigned engineer which potentially impact on submission of report.
