Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight Oversee the daily operations of all clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Monitor and standardize clinic workflows and operational practices across locations. Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
Financial Management Participate in and provide input for P&L planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Control and optimize manpower and consumable costs in line with budget targets. Analyze financial data and develop strategies to improve cost-efficiency and profitability.
Strategic Planning & Business Development Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategic plans for the growth, development, and improvement of the business unit. Identify opportunities for expansion (new services, locations, partnerships). Lead the execution and evaluation of new projects and service innovations.
