Project Coordination and Supervision

• Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily operations related to glass and aluminum works.
• Support the Operations Manager in monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Production and Installation Oversight

• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure accurate fabrication and proper site execution.
• Verify materials, tools, and manpower are sufficient and available at all times.
• Ensure quality control standards are followed during cutting, assembly, and installation.

Inventory and Material Management

• Monitor inventory of glass, aluminum, and accessories; coordinate timely procurement of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of usage and wastage to control costs.

Client Coordination

• Assist in handling client concerns and update clients regarding project milestones.
