Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for online channel services and marketing operations, including planning and execution, client management, and web column maintenancePlan and execute online campaigns and customer service initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional departments to enhance customer awareness and engagement with our online platform, products, and servicesProvide business insights, customer behavior analysis, and data reporting to identify areas for improvement, optimize the online platform ecosystem, and continuously enhance user experience and business scalabilityCoordinate with other departments to develop process specifications for centralized operations within the online channelPerform other ad hoc duties as assigned by managementRequirements:
