Our client is a FT500 organization with global expansion and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
Establish annual and regular training plan to cope with the business direction as well as responsible for training program design for the region Manage the full spectrum of training activities, including but not limited to TNA, planning, designing, executing and evaluation Be the trainer to deliver regular programs and be a facilitator to effective the training activities Source for training professionals when necessary and evaluate the contents to ensure the expected outcome are consistent with the objectives Develop and manage the measurement method of all training activities Perform budget forecast and control Compile various evaluation and status report for management review on a regular basis Requirement: :
