Position Overview
Position Summary: We are looking for a oriented legal professional to join the Employment & Litigation team within the Legal function. The role will involve supporting employment law matters, litigation activities, legal documentation, and compliance-related responsibilities while working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Key Responsibilities: •Support employment law matters including employee grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace policies, and employee-related legal documentation. •Coordinate and support ongoing litigation matters in consultation with external legal counsel. •Draft, review, and manage employment-related agreements, notices, responses, and other legal documents. •Support contract review and legal documentation activities as required. •Assist in handling legal notices, claims, and dispute-related communications. •Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies. •Coordinate with HR, business teams, c...
