The Assistant Manager drives the end-to-end Early Careers strategy (campus recruitment, internship & traineeship) and leads the team, focusing heavily on execution, engagement, and conversion of future talent. Campus Relations & Event Management Establish and cultivate strong, sustainable relationships with key career services departments, faculty, student organizations, and program directors at target universities and polytechnics. Lead the team to plan, coordinate, and lead all campus engagement activities, including career fairs, networking sessions, information workshops, university presentations, and on-campus interview days.
