Who Are We: Stroke Support Station (S3) is a non-profit organization in Singapore dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for stroke survivors and their caregivers. S3 provides a range of programs focused on rehabilitation, empowerment, and community reintegration. Through specialized activities, wellness programs, and caregiver support, S3 aims to foster physical, emotional, and social well-being. The organization also advocates for stroke awareness and collaborates with healthcare professionals, volunteers, and partners to offer holistic, person-centered care for the stroke recovery journey.
You Will: Ensure smooth delivery of key services, programmes, and engagement activities for S3's Active Ageing Centre. Manage scheduling, reporting, compliance, and operational KPIs. Conduct outreach within the Pioneer and Boon Lay community to engage seniors. Support seniors through regular check-ins, activities, and follow-ups (including home visits where necessary).
