Position Summary

Supports the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth execution across all departments. The AM acts as a key operational driver, bridging strategy and execution while maintaining service quality, team performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Operations Support & Execution

Assist the Manager in executing business strategies and operational plans

Oversee daily operations and step in to manage departments when required

Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements

Track operational performance metrics and highlight gaps proactively

Client & Service Delivery

Support management of key client accounts and maintain service standards
