The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining systems and processes to ensure conformance to JCI / ISO standards and relevant legislations. They will plan and conduct internal quality audits and lend support to departments on content management in various IT systems to meet JCI and ISO standards requirements. T hey will maintain a system to track all licenses, ensure the Hospital's legal register is updated, and changes are communicated. They will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate the renewal of MOH Hospital License. Requirements: Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years of experience. Highly organised, independent, and meticulous. Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition, able to interact with people of all levels. Experience and knowledge in healthcare, quality standards (JCI, ISO9001/14001/45001), audit, legal compliance, and/or data protection would be advantageous.
