Position Overview

1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: KRAs- Participate in all new product development activities from launch stage onwards.- Attend and contribute in Design Reviews to ensure quality requirements are addressed.- Review DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R) activities.- Identify potential risks during product development and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and closed.- Review supplier quality activities related to new product development including PPAP, validation, and process capability studies.- Ensure implementation of lessons learned and continual quality improvements.- Ensure product and process quality compliance during development stage.- Drive corrective and preventive actions for identified quality concerns in new product.2.
