A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for staff and workmen positions, including: Posting job advertisements on internal and external platforms. Screening profiles and conducting preliminary telephonic interviews. Scheduling interviews with functional managers. Follow up and ensure the completion of mercer tool tests by the candidates Managing candidate communication, interview logistics, and feedback collection. Maintain recruitment trackers vacancy status, offer progress, joining pipeline. Conduct reference checks and coordinate onboarding documentation. Maintain vendor coordination with recruitment consultants. B. Learning & Development (L&D) Coordination Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual training calendars in alignment with HR & functional leaders. Schedule internal and external training programs;
