Description

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Administrative Officer 3 provides senior-level financial, research administration, and operational support for department faculty and staff. This position requires extensive knowledge of DGSOM fund management, research administration, and university policies, with the ability to independently manage complex financial and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities include analyzing departmental financial reports, monitoring research funding, ensuring compliance with sponsor and university requirements, supporting financial forecasting, and overseeing fund management, purchasing, and student affairs.
