The incumbent would be part of System Support and Projects team and shall be responsible for following
:Manage multiple markets and systems on Production Support process in JAPA /EMEA & US LA
CManage and deliver on multiple small projects basis customer and organization requirement
.Support projects involving new product development, system upgrades and platform changes
.Customer, Technology, third party Partner engagement and relationship management
.Problem solving and designing solutions for gaps/issues in proces
sSupport driving standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives through process improvement suggestion
sWork in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation and solutions
