Position Overview
The Role
This position will be leading and managing the leasing team to maximise occupancy for the Logistics Real Estate portfolio in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities
Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s logistics portfolio.Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.Negotiation of tenancy clausesSeek management approval for renewal and new tenanciesConducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies...
